SJB ball screw lift is the square shell equip with ball screw rod, it has features of high transmission efficiency, high precision and long life-time. The life time depend on the life time of ball screw rod and the spare parts like worm gear. We mainly proofread life time of ball screw rod, the worm gear will be worn while its life time is longer than ball screw rod’s.
The ball screw lift without self locking, so we advise add a brake to ensure the security of equipment.
Complete accessories: Safety nut, Taiwan Ball screw rod, Dust cover, Anti-backlash design, limit switch, overload clutch, potentiometer, encoder,brake, hand crank.
This screw lift most is used in the occasions which require for high precision and high-end automatic equipment.
The working temperature of this screw lift is -20℃+40℃, if you need -40℃-+70℃, please contact us. Both double and three screw lead can be offered, the lift speed proportionally increase.
SJA Screw lift has the features of:

Installation
Common problems and solutions for screw lift during operation: There may be a problem of vibration when use the screw lift. Reasons as following:
1.Improper connection of original motor and screw lift cause the shaking; Solution: Adjust the connection to the proper position.
2.The worm gear pairs were worn too much or damaged; solution: Ask the manufacturer to change the worm gear pairs and timely discuss the usage with the manufacturer.
3.Bearing wearing, if the bearing was worn during the using, it will cause heavy vibration and noise; solution: change the bearing.
4.The bolt get loose; solution: Fastening the bolts on the mounting surface of screw lift.
Proper usage of lubricant grease:
1.Change the grease brand according to different ambient temperature( high or low temperature)
2.Grease special for food industry can be offered
3.Suggest thoroughly clean the worm gearbox and grease again within 5 years. For the unit which is used all year round, grease lost lubricity after 5 years, maybe some impurity particles make the working condition worsen.
4.Suggest use grease tank to provide continuous automatic lubricating for the screw lift box.
5.To lubricate the inside of greased plated which inside of rear cover of SJB ball screw lift regularly and properly.
6.The nut and screw rod should be greased after every working time of 200hrs.
