Features
1.High efficiency and low noise: hyperboloid gear design, it has both low noise of helical gear and high efficiency of bevel gear. Compared to worm gearbox,the sliding friction of hyperboloid gears is small, so the transmission efficiency is high, can reach to 95%. Hyperboloid gear has a mesh of 2.5 gears, so the noise is low during operation.
2.Long life-time: Gears are made by steel alloy, with coat type carbonization treatment.
3.Much more convenient installation and operation: The mounting face is square and the four mounting bolt holes are also distributed in a square. If the installation is changed from horizontal to vertical, no need change the mounting holes position. The mounting face and motor are relative independent, motor overall dimension is smaller than gearbox overall dimension, this make mounting space requirement more simple and installation more convenient.
Use lubrication grease, so the mounting will not be limited by directions. Various mounting types of foot, flange and shaft mounted.
The output shaft has hollow shaft, left or right shaft extension, double shafts extension for customers’ options.

5.Cast Aluminum box, good heat dissipation: Compared with the cast iron box, cast aluminum box has better radiating, no need cooler fan.
6.Grease lubrication, no need maintenance.
Use design of grease lubrication and integrated box to make sealing better, so the geat motor can operate with maintenance-free.
7.Realized multiply combination of gearbox and motors.: Match with single phase motor, frequency-conversion motor, brake motor, motor with encoder etc...

Note:
1.If sprocket, conveyor belt and gear are used when connect reducer shaft with machinery,output allowable O.H.L should be taken into consideration
2. O.H.L value is for reducer that the load act on the center
Application
Used for transmission of automatic or semi-automatic equipment like conveying, lifting, printing, packing, medical, food, electronics etc.. Also used as associated device of TV equipment, stage lighting and fitness facilities.
Installation
1.Don’t knock on the output shaft directly by any tool when install coupler, belt pulley or other driving mechanism on the output shaft, or the gear motor inner part will be damaged.
2.Please make sure the rotating direction is right before connect to other machines, if direction is wrong, the unit will be damaged.
3.Don’t operate the gear motor when the terminal box is open.
4.Don’t make the brake attached with water or any grease, or risk of out of control dropping will be caused by brake breakdown
5.Mounting condition: No corrosive gas, no flammable and combusible gas or steam, no dust, good ventilation.
6.Working temperature:-10 degree to +40 degree, humidity below 85% ( no dew point)
7.Mounting height: below elevation of 1000M
8.Direct connection must make sure the shaft center of reducer and machine are coincident.
1. How to store the reducer?
1)Keep the reducer in a clean and dry place.
2)If it will be stored outdoor or in a humid place, please put the reducer in a box and packed tightly with plastic bag to avoid the rain and external erosion. ( take measure of anti-condensation and anti-rust)
4. Cautions during operation:
1)Overload is forbidden.
2)Input speed can not exceed the proper max. Speed.
3)Please stop and check the reducer if there are the following occurs:
Temperature rise suddenly
Abnormal big noise in a sudden
Speed became unstable suddenly
5.Warranty instruction:
The following cost and damages are not included in our warranty:
1)Freight cost
2)If the Reducer connect with or insert in a unit, when we dismounting or mounting on the unit and other extra action, there will be a cost.( this is not contained in the warranty)
3)The indirect damage that user lost the appliance chance or business break off due to reducer breakdown.
4)Other derivative and accompanying damages.
