Structure of FHTW harmonic drive gearbox is very simple, small size and light weight.Since the transmission of harmonic driver is mainly composed of three parts, including wave generator, flexible wheel, rigid wheel, etc.It is better and more efficient than ordinary transmission reducer in the whole transmission process. High transmission ratio.The speed ratio range of harmonic gear transmission is 30~160.It can be used not only for deceleration, but also for increasing case.
High bearing capacity.The number of teeth meshed in the harmonic gear drive is much, and the number of teeth meshed in the double wave drive can reach more than 30% of the total number of teeth. Besides, the flexible wheel is made of high strength material, and there is surface contact between the teeth.
High transmission accuracy with zero backlash.The number of teeth meshing at the same time in harmonic gear transmission is much, the error is average, and the transmission accuracy is high.When the gear precision grade is the same, the transmission error is only about 1/4 of the ordinary cylindrical gear transmission.At the same time, the radius of the wave generator can be slightly changed to increase the deformation of the flexible wheel so that the tooth gap is very small, and even no side gap can be meshed. Therefore, the harmonic gear reducer has small air range, which is suitable for reverse rotation.
High transmission efficiency and smooth movement.Due to the uniform radial movement of the flexible gear teeth in the transmission process, the relative sliding speed of the gear teeth is extremely low even if the input speed is very high (so it is 1% of the ordinary involute gear transmission). Therefore, the tooth wear is small and the efficiency is high (up to 69%~96%).As a result of the rodents in and out, both sides of the gear engaged in work, so no shock phenomenon, smooth movement.
Simple structure, few parts and convenient installation.There are only three basic components and the input and output axes are coaxial, so the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
Small size and light weight.Compared with common reducer, the output torque is the same, the volume of FHTW harmonic drive gearbox can be reduced by 2/3, and the weight can be reduced by 1/2.
